I’m a furry artist located in Nova Scotia, Canada. I've been in the fandom for over 10 years, and learned how to draw while creating fanart of Warrior Cats, FNAF and Animal Jam characters! Frequently Asked Questions

- How do I commission you?

When I'm open, it will be stated on my home page, and you can click on the "commission form" button to submit yours. I also post when I am open for commissions on my social media pages. I may or may not open monthly, but it is typically near the end/start of the month!

- How do you take payments?

I use PayPal only for all commission work. I'll get your Paypal email from you to send an invoice.
If you're unable to use PayPal, I can also offer payment through Ko-fi.
If you have a Canadian bank account, we may set up an e-transfer. Please ask me first!

- How do I get a quote for a commission?

If you've looked through my prices, and you are still unsure on how much your commission would cost, then you can contact me. Please be as specific as you can so I can give you a quote! Quotes are subject to change.

- Do you offer refunds for commissions?

While I would strongly suggest not commissioning art unless you are sure you can afford it, if the situation arises and you need a refund, I will only allow a refund IF the commission has not been started yet.
If you want your slot to be used for a different commission, ask me and we can work something out. I will only allow 1 change in commission type per commission.

- How old do I have to be to commission you?

You must be at least 18 years old to commission me.

- Will you do an NSFW commission?

I may accept NSFW commissions on a case-by-case basis. I am a SFW artist first, and may not be comfortable with all NSFW commission requests. Feel free to ask me! NSFW commissions will have a minimum +20% fee on top of the art's cost.

- What if I don't have art of my character yet?

You can do one of two things:
1. You may commission me for a custom character reference sheet, and I can work from a description, although there will be a fee for this.
2. You can color in a free-to-use reference sheet base so I will have a visual reference of your character. Try searching on YouTube for tutorials on how to do this. I reccomend Medibang for coloring your reference, since it's a free program and easy to understand! (You can color it on paper, but I will require HEX codes of the colors. Check Coolors.com for that.)

- Do you take payment plans?

No. I require full payment up-front before beginning on a commission. I'd reccomend commissioning something on the cheaper end, or waiting until you've saved up enough. There will always be another commission opening!

- Can I pay after completion, or when my commission is halfway complete?

No. I require full payment up-front before beginning on a commission. This is to avoid being scammed.

- Where can I find my spot in your queue?

You can find it on my Trello.

- How do you decide where my spot in the queue is?

You will be added to the queue when you've paid for your commission.

- When can I expect my commission to be finished?

I will generally take 2-6 weeks to complete a commission. Commissions will usually be done within a month but can be longer if you're at the end of the queue. You can always find your commission's status or place in queue on my Trello.

- Can I ask for WIPs?

Of course! I will always send a sketch of the commission (unless it IS a sketch commission) before completing it. If you need to see any other WIPs after that, just let me know.

- Can I ask for changes or edits to my commission while it's being worked on?

I'll always send you a sketch of your commission, and that would be the best time to request changes. It's much easier to make edits at this stage. After I have finished lineart, I will not edit the drawing anymore.
If the change you require is a fault of my own, I will fix it no matter what stage it's at.
I have discretion on what edits I'll make after the commission is complete.
Please make sure your reference image is up to date and clear. I won't (re)design your character on a commission unless it's a reference sheet.

- Can I ask for changes or edits to my commission after completion?

I won't make any changes after completion, unless the edit required is because of a mistake I made in the art. Please make sure to look over the sketch WIP thoroughly, as that's the stage in which you should request changes. If you're unsure about something, just ask me!

- Can I edit my commission?

Edits are okay so long as you are not using it to promote hateful messages, and so long as you are not removing my watermark/signature. Please don't crop my art in a way that would obscure/hide the signature (profile pictures are fine). If you're unsure, feel free to contact me.

- Can you recolor/edit my commisson?

I accept recolors/edits on a base-to-base case. I will NOT edit/recolor anyone else's art, only art you've commissioned from me. If you would like a recolor/edit, it may be possible if:
- The commission is no older than 1 year old
- The edits will not change the species
- The edits will not change the pose
- It abides by my TOS

- Can I have a .psd or other layered file of my commission?

I don't give out .psd files of my art. Your commission will come in .png format only.

- Can I repost my commission to my profiles?

Yes! You may post your commission anywhere you'd like, but please don't crop out my watermark/signature and please credit me in your post.

- Can I print my commission or use it for other personal things?

Sure! You may use the commissioned artwork for any personal non-commercial/profit purpose. I currently do not offer any other type of commission. If you're unsure what applies, feel free to contact me.

- I want to commission something that isn't listed anywhere on your site- am I still able to commission it?

It depends on what it is. Check my TOS for my list of things I will and won't draw. If you're unsure, feel free to contact me.

Terms of Service

Please read over this before you apply for a commission form! I strongly recommend also reading my FAQ if you have any questions after reading this page.

Please note you must be 18+ to commission me.

What I will and won't draw:

- No mechas / complicated armor
- No large group drawings (max 5 characters)
- No overly complicated outfits/designs (ask me if you're unsure)
- No drug usage
- No copyrighted characters, fan characters ok.
- No gore (some blood is okay.)
- No military / police outfits / characters (video game / fantasy ok)
- No political symbols / flags / wordsWill draw furries, most humanoids, ferals, etc. (Furries/anthros preferred.) Weed and alcohol use is okay.

References

I must be provided with a reference image of your character. Depending on the type of art, there will be different requirements for how much of the body must be shown in the reference image. (ex. fullbody comm must provide fullbody reference.) Please have a flat color reference sheet/image.
If your reference is traditional art, then you must provide HEX codes of each color of your character.
If your reference image doesn't show the eye/pawpads/tongue color but it needs to be drawn in the commission, then please provide a HEX code for that color.

Payments

All commissions will be paid via Paypal in full up-front. My prices are in USD.
Your commission will not be started or added to the queue until the invoice has been paid. If the invoice isn't paid after 2 days of receiving the invoice, your commission will be canceled.- I will not lower my prices for any reason.
- I will not do payment plans.
- I will not accept partial payments or payment after sketch or full completion.

Commissioner and Artist Rights

I reserve full copyright to all commissioned work. I may repost your commission to my social media pages, show it on my site and other places, unless otherwise agreed upon. I will credit your character/username. I will not use your commissioned art for commercial uses or for profit.You reserve the rights to your original character. You have the right to repost your commission to your pages (with credit to me). You may use your commission for any personal non-commercial/profit purposes. You may not use my artwork for profit.

Revision and Edit Policy

I will always send a sketch of your commission and wait for your approval before continuing on it. At this stage, please request any changes that you'd like. After the lineart has been started/completed, I will not make any major edits (species change, pose, gender, hair, clothing, expression, etc.)
I will complete the commission with your requested changes (if any) and send you the .png file when complete.You may requests edits to your commission if I made a mistake on it. Any mistakes that are the fault of your reference image/sheet will not be changed. Please make sure your reference is clear.
You may request edits to your commission for a fee.I will NOT edit the character's species at any time.

Other Important Notes

- You may not remove my signature/watermark in any way. Whether you edit it out, cover it, or crop it out, it is strictly prohibited.
- I will often live stream commissions, and I reserve the right to stream the process. If you would like your commission to be kept private, please let me know on your commission form.
- Please be patient with me and understand that I am busy! This means that I may not always be able to reply to your message right away, but I will always try my best to get back to you on the same day.
- It is NOT guaranteed that I will complete a commission that I meant for as gift before a specific date. More on that below.
- I will accept rush commissions however it will cost you a fee depending on how fast it needs to be complete. I'm not likely to accept a rush of any less than 2 days.
- I do not work on deadlines unless it is a rush commission.
